History

The earliest record of the early history of the society is January 1964, but it is likely to have had roots prior to that.
During the heyday of Amateur radio, it is known that the club had over 100 members, and was very active at events.
In the 1990's the club ran a very successful radio rally at the Laindon Community Centre.
Over the years, the club has seen many members come and go, and a list of past members can be seen in this table:
